In administration, the problem is rarely the absence of one specific model. The problem is usually the absence of a logical set of product families that organises documents, access and working zones.
- • Build the model set by function: active records, filing, large-format documents and reinforced zones.
- • Standardise references across departments to simplify future rollout phases.
- • Include the number of rooms or locations covered by the project in the inquiry from the start.
